How do I pay?
MS Logistics accepts payments by cash, check, money order or credit card. A down payment of 30% is required upon pick up and the rest is required upon delivery.
Where can I receive a quote?
You can request a quote electronically here. Or you can give us a call and a MS Logistics agent can create one for you. It takes about fifteen minutes to receive a quote for your vehicle transport.
How far in advance should I schedule my vehicle transport?
MS Logistics recommends scheduling your vehicle transport two weeks in advance. For faster delivery, an expedited fee may be assessed.
What information do you need to place a service order?

Can I track the progress of my vehicle shipment online?
No, MS Logistics will update you via email on the scheduled pick-up and delivery of your vehicle.
Does someone have to be present for the delivery or pick up of my vehicle?
It is advised for you to have someone available for the inspection of your vehicle upon pick-up and delivery to sign/authenticate the inspection and bill of lading.
What is a bill of lading?
A bill of lading is a document that includes the vehicle title, a receipt for the vehicle, and the contract between us as a carrier and you as a shipper. MS Logistics requires the document to accompany the shipped vehicles and be signed by an authorized representative from us as the carrier, you as the shipper, and your point of contact for the receiver.
Can I have personal items in my vehicle for transport?
You may have personal items in the vehicle up to 100 lbs but MS Logistics does not carry insurance for and are not responsible for personal items in your vehicle as MS Logistics transports and delivers. There are accretions for active military clients, contact us for more information.
How much gas should I have in my vehicle during transport?
MS Logistics recommends that you keep around a quarter tank of gas in your vehicle for transport.
Can you transport an immobile vehicle?
Yes, MS Logistics offers transport and shipping services for immobile vehicles.
Do I need license plates on a vehicle for it to be shipped?
No, you do not need a license plate on a vehicle for it to be shipped or transported.
Can you transport modified or oversized vehicles?
Yes, MS Logistics offers shipping for modified or oversized vehicles.
What methods of vehicle shipping do you offer?
MS Logistics offers open transport and can make arrangements for enclosed transport.
How long will it take for my vehicle to be shipped?
On average it takes 2-7 days to transport your vehicle to its destination depending on distance, and if the shipping service is expedited.
What type of truck do you use to haul vehicles?
MS Logistics utilizes class A tractor-trailers to transport vehicles.
Can I ship a car from an auto auction?
Yes, MS Logistics provides shipping and hauling for vehicles coming from auto auctions.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes, your vehicle is insured during transport up to $250,000. Vehicles worth more than $250,000 will be charged a premium for additional insurance.
Do you offer terminal-to-terminal vehicle shipping?
Yes, MS Logistics offers terminal-to-terminal vehicle shipping.
